Lauren DuBois is inspired by the body's amazing potential to co create a movement practices that integrates all she knows of body from massage therapy, yoga, and dance in a playful way that supports our authentic alignment. She has taught acro yoga play, acro balance, heart centered movement workshops, contact dance (play shops) in Oregon , Nevada City California, Hawaii, and has led retreats in Costa Rica. Lauren is a holistic health practitioner, massage therapist, yoga teacher, whole body wellness guide. Lauren is trained in a spectrum healing modalities. Tom Bright is a co founder of the Oakland based Ecstatic Contact collective which has been training together for the past 2 years. The group has facilitated Ecstatic Contact workshops out of Oakland, San Francisco and Davis and at festivals throughout Northern California. He has over 2 years of training in contact improvisation and free form dance through UC Davis Theater and Dance Department. He has also helped produce improvisational dance performances and interactive theater events in Davis and the Bay Area working with choreographers Karl Frost and Sara Shelton Mann.
