Marcia Lopez is the owner of True Healing Bodywork founded in 2005. She is a 4th generation healer from Guatemala, born in Los Angeles. She is a Practitioner of Mayan Abdominal Healing , a Massage Therapist, Yoga instructor, and Theta healer. She is also a modern day Shodhini, Sanskrit for female researcher. She is currently a student of Peruvian Shamanic Healing under the initiation of Rev. Esther Jenkins and combines indigenous traditions in her healing. She has experience in applying her work to all the cycles of life - birth, death, illness, and health.
True Healing is Self Healing and it is through her own healing journey that she has learned the most about the potential of human health. With her work in Women's Empowerment she realized the undeniable importance of Conscious Sexuality in human health. Human health is ultimately a collaborative combination of self-identity, environment, and community. She focuses her work to awaken others to this knowledge and their healing potential.
